0 Reset Password Root Linux Debian

Hai sobat IT. Buat kalian-kalian yang ada kesulitan masuk root karena lupa. Ini nih, aku share ilmu reset password root. Bahasa kerennya nge-hack. hehehehe....
Oke kita mulai...

• Langkah pertama restart komputer dan pada grub-boot tekan tobol E untuk masuk pada mode edit.

• Selanjutnya pilih baris yang di awali dengan kata "kernel" lalu tekan tombol E lagi.

• Pada bagian akhir baris tersebut tambahkan "init=/bin/bash" atau "/bin/sh" (tanpa tanda kutip)

• Tekan tombol ENTER kemudian tekan tombol B untuk booting tunggu sampai muncul promt #

• Selanjunya jalanjan perintah

     mount -o remount rw /
(perintah ini penting dan harus dilakukan karna biasanya file system root di mounting sebagai read only)

• Selanjutnya untuk merubah password root. Jalankan perintah

     passwd

• Kemudian masukkan password root yang baru deh...

• Langkah terakhir restart komputer. Jalankan perintah

     Reboot

Oya, satu lagi, inget-inget passwordnya jangan sampai lupa lagi.

0 SHARING FOLDER DARI WINDOWS 7 KE LINUX SUSE 10.3 MENGGUNAKAN Wi-Fi

Peralatan yang dibutuhkan :

- 2 buah laptop yang dilengkapi dengan wi-fi dan OS Windows 7

Untuk Softwarenya :
- VM Ware 8 untuk windows 7
- OS Suse linux 10.3 ISO

Langkah-langkahnya :

1. Install Suse 10.3 pada VMWare dengan benar di laptop 1
2. Setting IP pada suse dengan cara :
    - Masuk ke suse => Computer => Control Center => Network card
    - Masukkan password root
    - Pada tab Overview pilih AMD PCnet . . .
    - Pada tab Configure -> Pilih "Statically assigned IP address"
    - Isi IP address, subnetmask
         Misalnya IP-nya = 192.168.100.1 Subnetmask-nya = 255.255.255.0 . Lalu klik next
    - Masuk tab Routing. Isi default gateway dengan IP wireless laptop 1
         Misal IP-nya = 192.168.100.9 . Lalu klik finish
    (Tunggu proses penyimpanan konfigurasi network)
 3. Setting folder yang akan di share :
    - Masuk ke yast. Isi password root => Ok
    - Masuk ke samba server (tunggu sebentar). Pada tab shares, klik add.
       * Pada share name beri nama folder/file yang akan di share.
       * Pada share path, tentukan folder yang akan di share.
            Lalu klik 2x folder nya, misal folder "DEVI", klik desktop => open => lalu klik ok.
            Klik add lagi dan lakukan langkah diatas namun nama dan folder yang akan di share harus berbeda
    - Untuk share CD-Rom, pada "Path for a Share" klik icon back disamping icon home. Klik 2x

       pada media => open => ok
    - Setelah selesai, klik Finish
4. Buat user baru :
    - Masuk ke terminal dengan cara klik kanan pada layar kosong di desktop
    - Masuk ke root : su (enter) => password root (enter)
    - Ketikkan : smbpasswd -a yuda (nama home.nya linux, misal "DEVI") tekan enter, => isikan
       password untuk password pada saat di share. Ulangi ketik passwordnya. Setelah itu keluar terminal
5. Atur koneksi antar VMWare dengan laptop :
    - Klik icon "Network Adapter" pada kanan pojok VMWare, lalu pilih setting
    - Pada network connection, pilih "Brigded : Connected directly to the physical network" => Ok
6. Buat jaringan wireless pada laptop 1 :
   - Sekarang pindah ke OS Windows 7
   - Klik start => control panel => network and sharing center => set up a new connection or network
      => set up a wireless ad hoc => klik next =>next
   - Pada network name, isi nama sesuai kehendak anda, misal : yuda. Lalu pada security type, pilih
"No authentification (open)" agar tidak perlu mengisi password saat di connect-kan oleh laptop 2
   - Centang "Save this network" -> next. (tunggu hingga proses selesai). Lalu klik close
7. Atur IP wireless pada laptop 1
   - Klik change adapter setting => klik kanan pada "Wireless Network Connection" => Properties
   - Pada "Internet Protocol Version 4" klik 2x, klik "Use the following IP address"
   - Isi IP = 192.168.100.9 Subnetmask = 255.255.255.0 . Lalu klik Ok
   - Klik Change advanced sharing settings, klik turn on semua lalu klik save changes
8. Atur IP wireless pada laptop 2
   - Setting dengan langkah yang sama dengan setting IP wireless laptop 1 namun berbeda IP
   - IP = 192.168.100.3
9. Sharing folder
   - Pada laptop 2, connect-kan pada wireless "DEVI" (Tunggu hingga proses selesai)
   - Jika sudah terhubung, pada kotak search laptop 2, ketikkan "\\192.168.100.1"
   - Jika berhasil, maka muncul kotak dialog dan anda diminta memasukkan nama user dan password
   - Lalu juga untuk IP 192.168.100.9 dengan cara yang sama.
